Insurance Agents & Agencies

Be there for your clients beyond enrollment season.

Your relationship with a client shouldn't have to end when enrollment does. IPCN gives insurance professionals a community-engagement model for staying involved throughout the year—through local partnerships, community events, preventive-health education, and connections to appropriate healthcare resources.

A year-round model

From enrollment relationship to year-round community presence

Insurance professionals already have something valuable: trusted relationships with the people and communities they serve. IPCN helps create more opportunities to nurture those relationships throughout the year.

Stronger Community Relationships

Stay visible. Stay involved. Keep bringing value to the communities you serve.

Agency value

How IPCN can benefit your agency

Community Events

Participate in appropriate IPCN wellness and community events where your clients already live and gather.

These may include senior housing communities, faith organizations, community centers, senior organizations, wellness events, and other participating community touchpoints.

Year-Round Client Engagement

Create legitimate reasons to remain connected outside annual enrollment periods through community education, wellness outreach, preventive-health awareness, and local events.

Client Value Beyond the Policy

Help clients discover preventive-health resources and appropriate pathways to care while remaining within your role as an insurance professional.

Community Visibility

Build deeper relationships with organizations and communities instead of relying only on seasonal enrollment activity.

Relationship & Retention Support

Consistent, meaningful engagement can help strengthen client relationships and give your agency more opportunities to demonstrate value throughout the year.

IPCN does not guarantee retention or business results.

IPCN Community Network

Rather than building every community relationship yourself, participate in a network of IPCN community touchpoints and engagement opportunities where available.

Clear boundaries matter.

IPCN healthcare services are separate from insurance enrollment and plan selection. Participation in an IPCN health activity is not conditioned on selecting a particular agent, agency, carrier, or plan. Insurance professionals do not perform clinical functions through IPCN merely by participating in the network. Insurance activities remain subject to applicable carrier, CMS, state, licensing, marketing, and scope requirements.
